Purple Saurkraut

Prep Time: 20 Minutes

Cook Time: n/a

  • 8 oz. bag of shredded purple cabbage

  • 2 cups boiling hot water

  • 2/3 cup white vinegar

  • 1 TBSP. salt

Mix all the ingredients in a container with a lid.
 
Cover and let sit for 20 minutes, mixing every 5 minutes.
 
Drain.

Unlimited with any meal
