FAQ'S - Charges

Why was I charged the non-member price if I booked 4 appointments?

You probably did not purchase a membership, and you booked 4 appointments assuming that automatically creates a membership.  Or, you could have bought a membership, and instead of using your membership credits, you purchased appointments as if you were a non-member.

Do I get charged when I have to miss an appointment because of a Jewish holiday?

Yes.  One reason a membership comes out cheaper than purchasing individual appointments is that you may have to miss an appointment because of Jewish holiday interference.  However, there are also ways to work around it and schedule your appointments to not fall out on Jewish holidays.  For more information, CLICK HERE

Why do I have to pay the full membership fee for a month where I can't come all 4 weeks because of Jewish holiday interference?

The system cannot differentiate between months where there are Jewish holidays and months where there aren't.  For that reason, the price of membership takes into account what people might miss once in a while.  Also, we work hard to create opportunities for you to get all 4 appointments despite Jewish calendar interference.  We open up special slots so that you can work around Jewish holidays.

Do I have to pay when the system makes reserved appointments for me for the future?

No.  For more information, CLICK HERE

How do I know when I am being charged next?

From the day you originally buy your membership, you are automatically charged every 4 weeks.  You get an email entitled "Successful Payment for Membership" when you originally sign up for a membership, and again every month forward until you cancel.  At the bottom of the email, there are green buttons that say "See when I am being charged next/Change my credit card information." Clicking on those buttons will take you to a page where you can see when your credit card is due to be charged next.

How can I change my credit card information?

You get an email entitled "Successful payment for Membership" when you originally sign up for a membership, and again every month forward until you cancel.  At the bottom of the email, there are green buttons that say "See when I am being charged next/Change my credit card information."  Clicking on those buttons will take you to a page where you can change your credit card information.

Do I need to pay the initial setup fee every month when I schedule my appointments?

No, you should not be paying anything. You will be automatically charged the membership fee, not including the initial setup fee.

Do I get charged automatically every 4 weeks?

Yes, unless you cancel.

Why did I get charged for a membership if I am no longer in the program?

You may have decided that you are no longer in the program, but you did not cancel your membership.

Why am I still being charged for a membership if I canceled my appointment?

You have to cancel your membership and not just individual appointments.  You will continue getting charged until you cancel your membership.
