Can I get a credit if I do not want to use all of my appointments?
No. A membership entitles you to up to 4 appointments, whether you use 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4 appointments in a given membership period.
Can I skip a week and have one week's worth of credit?
No. Payment goes by the 4 week period, not by appointments.
I am trying to schedule my next 4 appointments and it is telling me that I have 0 credits and they cannot be redeemed.

I am an old client, do I have credits?
No. Credits expire once the membership expires.
