How do I book appointments when I get an email "unable to reserve slots?"

If the system could not reserve any slots, once you get your "Successful Payment for Membership" email, schedule 4 appointments the same day and slot, exactly like the original instructions for scheduling appointments.  If the system was able to reserve some of your 4 appointments, schedule an appointment for any week that the system did not reserve an appointment for you.

I scheduled appointments, and then I got an email saying that I have appointments far out into the future.  Were my appointments changed without my permission?

No.  Your appointments were not changed.  The system may be reserving slots for you in the future.  For more information, CLICK HERE

Why did I get an email that my usual appointment slot is not available?

There will be times when the system cannot reserve appointments for you because that slot is not available the next month for one or more weeks.  For more information, CLICK HERE

Why didn't I get an email confirmation for my membership and/or appointments?

Either you did not purchase a membership and/or appointment even though you think you did.  Or, the email did not go to you because you misspelled your email when purchasing a membership and/or appointment.  Or, your personal email settings may be set to send the membership and/or appointment confirmation email to spam. Or you unsubscribed from emails in the past.

I did not get a reminder this week about an appointment. Does that mean I do not have an appointment?

Yes.  Unless the email did not go to you because you misspelled your email when scheduling your appointment.  Or, your personal email settings are set to send the appointment reminder email to spam. Or you unsubscribed from emails in the past.
