Can I put my membership on hold?

Unfortunately, our system is not set up to pause, freeze, or extend membership subscriptions.

Am I considered a member if I was a client in the past?

No.  A member means that you currently have an active membership.

Can my appointments be changed into a membership?

Unfortunately, our system is not set up to change appointments into memberships.

I meant to cancel my membership but I by mistake allowed it to renew.

I bought a membership and there are no available appointments.
