Because of the Holiday season, your normal appointment slot may be unavailable. You still do not have to miss a week. Here is how:
A week or two before the missed appointment, schedule an appointment. Open your most recent membership-related email. (To find membership-related emails, search your inbox for “successful payment” or "product order)." Click on the button that says "Schedule Appointment." Then schedule an appointment to take place within a day or two of your normal appointment day. (Note: If you don't have appointment credits and are therefore unable to schedule appointments, you probably just need to wait for your next membership-related email).
