Mashed Cauliflower

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 25 Minutes

  • 10 oz. of frozen  cauliflower

  • 2 cubes frozen garlic

  • 1 TBSP. lite mayonnaise or 1 tsp. butter

  • salt & pepper to taste

Add 1 TBSP. of salt to a pot of boiling water and boil the cauliflower.
 
Drain the water and mash the cauliflower with a potato masher.
 
Mash in the garlic.
 
Add salt, pepper, & mayonnaise (or butter), and mix well.


Counts as 1 dinner side
